Paul Blanco Autoplex

My husband and I came to Paul Blankos Autoplex in Stockton, Ca for the first time yesterday and I must say that after our experience there we will not be recommending them to anyone. We were there a total of 7 hours due to the disorganization and rudeness of the sales representative that we dealt with. To be frank, the first vehicle we were seriously looking at was sold while we were waiting for paperwork to be reviewed by their management. Then, they put down a job that we told them we hadn't yet made money from on the contract and therefore caused hours of delay thereafter because the bank wanted proof of income from that job. When that happened we were told we still are qualified, new paperwork just needs to be put through. So then, due to them closing we were told to go home and call the next day at 12pm, we did, and it took 2 hours for them to tell us that the banks were closed and we had to wait until the following Tuesday (3 days later) to find out because it was a holiday weekend. We had gone as far to actually sign the contract and put $187 on insurance for this vehicle before they pulled the "theirs a hick-up with the bank" routine. On top of everything else the sales representative had helped 2 other families during the 7 hours we were waiting around. If we do not get the truck their may be a lawsuit headed their way.

Dont ever go there my brother went there and they told him that they would get him the vehicle he wanted within 3 days so he put dowm $500 to show that he was interested, he was to put down another $5000 after they got the vehicle for him.... 3 weeks later he still had no vehilce he told the salesman there that he was no longer interested in it and they tried to make him accept it a few days later saying that he signed a contract (which we knew was no longer valid since they did not deliver the vehicle on time) we ended up getting legal advice and the lawyer said not only were they in breach of their contract they were using buisness practices that were illegal. In addition when we reviewed the contract they were trying to charge him interest on the $5500 he was using for his down payment wtf really and that was in addition to the 50% interest rate over the life of the loan. Also they did not return the $500 the accepted whenhe first went in to get the vehicle stating they had a restocking fee or some garbage the lawyer also advised us that they owed that back but we did not pursue it. Who has time to drag them to court for $500. In my opinion Paul Blanco is a RIP OFF and I would NOT recommend them to anyone I really care for.
