We have a roof repair we needed. Paces came out and did an estimate. We have been trying to get them to come back and do the job for a month now. The contractor over our job, Tim Brown, refuses to do the work. We call, he says he will call back the next day and then a week goes by with no call. We call again, and the same thing happens. So we decided to call into the office. Apparently you can't. They have an "answering service" and they cannot help us. They just tell us to call Tim Brown, the man who refuses to help us. I have never seen a company with such poor service in my life. We are begging to pay them to come to our house and repair our home, yet they won't. Seems our money isn't good enough. I would like to file this complaint so other consumers know how this company works. They don't.
