        I get a weekly express package so I know how long it should take. It arrived at the sort facility at 1 a.m. Normally it is sent to my local post office for delivery by 8 a.m. the same day. The package is still sitting in Dulles at 1 p,m. - 12 hours later and I'm told I can't go pick it up. What??? FedEx lets you do that. Now I have to wait an additional day for a package that should have been here TODAY. This is the second week in a row there has been a delay at this facility. Clearly someone is not doing their job. I don't care that it's Christmas. You still need to serve your customers in a timely manner. Hate USPS. If vendor would FedEx I'd pay the additional amount in a second.
