Creative Nails

Love this place. Vi does my nails, but very friendly and make sure everyone is taken care of. No matter where you go, gel can chip, but this place I can get almost three weeks out of them. If they chip earlier, Kathy always takes care of me.

Terrible place. Never again.

Decided to get my nails done and even got the top of the line gel to make sure they would last longer. I had a lady named Nina do them since I've never been there before. She did them in less than a hour and left them so thick and messy. I had nail polish all over my finger and white gel all over and inside my nails. Also 2 of my nails weren't even glued properly.

I called them and the owner was very friendly about my nails and told me to come back and have them fixed. So I drove back and had Danny fixed them and left them completely better. Remind you I paid 47 plus left Nina a 12$ tip. I left happy with my nails and even apologized to them for having them fix their mistakes. This morning when I woke up two of my nails were completely chipped and I thought gel was supposed to last longer than one day. So I called her and she was so rude and disrespectful after I said I wanted my money back and my nails off. She yelled at me and told me I had a problem and hung up. I don't know what to do in this situation but I'm never going back there EVER!!! AND NO ONE SHOULD. All they do is rip people off. I'm so disappointed.
