Willowbrook Apartments Corp

These are one of the worst apartment complexes. We have to move out because we are not only being harassed by the superintendent, but by his family too. We live right below them, and they are REALLY LOUD - banging and pounding, loud tv/music, every single day. I called the management office to ask them to ask the super to keep it down. Oh no. The noise only escalated. Called the office again, the noise got louder - and the management does not seem to really care. Wrote to the owner, did not work. Wrote to the owner again, and even the owner did not believe that the super would do that and got nasty with me and would not do anything. They even spit on our balcony and make loud noise right in front of our door (screaming and pounding their feet). He even uses his young child to make noise. Very low class people. If you are looking into these apartments, don't believe the management when they say that "this is the quietest building (that is what we were told)" - if you move below the super, it is anything but (especially loud noise late at night - even to about 1:00 a.m.). And if you complain about the super...YOU WILL BE HARASSED!!!!!!! The apartments were practically put together with paper and glue. Very cheap, half fast jobs. Might look nice from the outside, but looks are deceiving. They might have nice size rooms, but it is not worth the headache. If you are looking to rent here, be sure to ask who lives in the apartment above.
