The Pointe at Msu

The Pointe at MSU is real big. I have been here for about 6 month now and haven’t had a problem with the stuff I called about my drainer and the next day the maintenance man had fix it. I love the Pointe it is peaceful long as I’m in Starkville I will always stay here.

I love the pointe! They have a lots of space in the living room. I like that they have their own bathroom in each room! The staff is so nice and easy to talk to. The maintenance will show up on time and they will call you back if they need more understanding of what are you trying to get fix in your apartment! They have good deal to!

I lived here for 3 years and it was a terrible decision. The maintenance team take FOREVER to fix things, and sometimes ignores you altogether. The management is tacky and unprofessional. I do not recommend living here to anyone! I lived with mold and a broken a/c for the last month because they refused to fix things close to move out.

Our apartment has been taken over by RATS for a week now. The pointe didn't send an exterminator until 4 days later after our parents called and complained , when the exterminator came they weren't even aware of rats they were spraying for bugs until we told them. All he did was give us traps that we already had , 'one there's rat droppings in our kitchen and the pointed response was "we trust our third party exterminator"! We still have rats at the moment and are scared to sleep in our own apartment .

I love the Pointe! Very professional, nice, helpful staff who doesn't hesitate to fix any problem. It's a beautiful place with nice apartment rooms and club houses that have pools, computer labs, weight rooms, etc. The Pointe has everything I need!!!

I absolutely love The Pointe Apartment Complex at MSU! Honestly speaking I wasn't to sure if I was going to like it just because I transferred from another school and the level of adjusting I thought would be extremely difficult but it was everything GREAT! I love how The Pointe has a shuttle to and from campus and is like super convenient to class even without the shuttle. It takes me no time to get to class and the best thing of all that I can appreciate is having transportation in the event I or someone is not able to drive because of drinking we can just call the shuttle and they will be right there. It cuts down on DUI's and it makes the environment for us as students much safer in Starkville. I also like that we don't have any overages and have a flat rate fee of what I'm expected today each month. This way I can plan out my finances and be proactive with paying my rent. I also enjoy the amenities of having tanning beds, 2 clubhouses with pools, and volley ball sand courts and etc. All in all, The Pointe is a pretty cool place to stay but more than ever safe to me, especially as a female. I wouldn't lease with anybody else!

The Pointe at MSU is a great place to live for college students!! No where else in Starkville are you going to find an apartment complex that your rent and utilities are all one price. The rooms are very spacious and you have your own bathroom. The staff is very helpful for any problems you might have. Being a resident of the Pointe, the best part is that I can walk to my classes. On games days especially its great being able to just walk to the games and being able to walk back home without being stuck in terrible traffic! The Pointe at MSU is the place to live in Starkville!

The Pointe at MSU is the premier place to love for college students here in Starkville. The property boasts open floor plans, unmatched amenities, and a friendly, helpful staff. Also of note is the flat rate rental payment. Busy college students don't have to worry about utility overages or additional fees here, just one predictable payment. Possibly the most convenient aspect of this property is its walking distance proximity to campus and the shuttle service that is provided for no extra charge. I would strongly recommend doing business with the Pointe before any other apartment complex in town.

This Apartment is poorly ran and signing a lease alone could take a major toll on you. The service is no good, and they will do anything to put you in debt

BEWARE!!!! Be careful about the documentation you sign with this apartment complex. Do not allow them to trick you into signing a lease. My son was tricked into the convenience of signing everything up front and "no they wouldn't do anything with the documentation until a background check, tour, and final acceptance." My son decided the next day not to proceed. It was a weekend. "No problem, no process of paperwork had begun." A year later they have put his account into collections claiming he signed a lease and lived there for several months. They never did the background check, they never gave him a tour, he never saw an apartment and he never lived there. We have heard that they have done this to 30-40 others. Those people need to file their complaints with the Attorney General and Consumer and Federal Trade commission just as we have. This company makes money with fraudulent debt claims. Consumer Beware!!!
