Worked 3 hours for my mother. Charged her for 5. Picked up $60 worth of parts and charged her $120 for them.

This is after 3 weeks of dodging doing the work.

Very unprofessional. Postponed coming out to look at standing water underneath my house for nearly 3 weeks. Would say he would be there one day then never show up. Always had ridiculous excuses or none at all. Not very friendly and never apologetic for wasting my time. Was forced to call someone else who fit me in their schedule and came to check out my problem within 24 hours of calling me back. Don't waste your time and just call Rotor Rooter out of Columbus.
