I have been going to Dr Crigler for many years. I have always been extremely please with the results of my exams. Dr Crigler has referred me to other doctors.for other eye problems (retina surgery and cataracts) and I was very pleased with her recommendations. She seems to go beyond the normal for helping her patients. I, also, need to add that she has an excellent staff that is very helpful in the procedures needed for tests. I would and do recommend her highly. Dr Crigler is outstanding with her treatments and is excellent in assuring you that your problems can be treated and corrected.I can only add that Dr. Crigler and her staff is the best that I have found in Starkville, MS.

Ultrasound
An Optical Coherence Tomography scan (commonly referred to as an OCT scan) is the latest advancement in imaging technology. Similar to ultrasound, this diagnostic technique employs light rather than sound waves to achieve higher resolution pictures of the structural layers of the back of the eye.
Computed Tomography
A scanning laser used to analyze the layers of the retina and optic nerve for any signs of eye disease, similar to an CT scan of the eye. It works using light without radiation, and is essential for early diagnosis of glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic retinal disease.
