Northern Appraisal

If two months to get threw an appraisal is OK by you , than Audrey Olsen from northern appraisal is your gal. Her Monday inspections turn into Fridays , she rarely returns a call , she will always have another list of repairs after inspecting repairs already made. In my opinion she seems to get pleasure from getting my anxiety up , especially once she knows that you have a deadline. If your unfortunate enough to get her as an appraiser or inspector request someone else. At least get everything documented her word is worthless. Also don't expect your property to appraise any where close to what it's worth . if your on the purchasing end of a deal she's your man !!
