The first time I went to All American Auto, I had to get my first oil change. They were super nice and showed me everything they did and made sure I understood what all they did to fix my car! I recently went back for another oil change and a brake line fix, they are so helpful and the staff always gets the job done!

Best of luck if you go there.wanted me to pay 700.for wheel bearings and it was a driver side ball joint.then told me i had 2 bad upper ball joints, replaced them a couple if weeks later was told by garber auto tech that the driver side was faulty.took car to all american was told nothing was wrong.well it was faulty had it replaced took part back to the auto parts stores he deals with neither would claim it,my question is was how he got 2 ball joints in within 15 minutes when he didn't know what was wrong with the car yet.well any way my dad took the ball.joint back to him while I was in the hospital and he refused to return money.the part HAD A Cracked boot.any major work he suggests get a second opinion please.

Recently, bought vehicle from here. Got great deal, free battery, and an extended warranty. Runs really great and get affordable service when i need repairs. I only am giving 4 out of 5 on selection because they had a better deal on a Ford Ranger 2 months later that i wish was their before i bought my Buick.

I was eating a burger in Standish at the A&W drive in with my children on December 30th, 2018. All of a sudden, I saw smoke coming from the hood and opened it to find coolant spitting from the radiator and a river of coolant flowing under my 2009 Chrysler Town & Country. I shut off the vehicle and looked online to see if a repair shop was open. Everything was closed as it was Sunday. All American Auto was the closest place, so I decided to drop the vehicle there. I was nervous about availability due to the New Years Holiday. I left my keys and a note in the drop box and my wife picked us up with her sister to head to Long Lake. I called All American Auto at 9 a.m. Monday morning right at their scheduled opening time, praying that they would be open on New Year's Eve. Tim answered the phone and we discussed the problem. He said they would be able to give me a quote at 10 a.m. after they inspected it. On the drive up from Texas to Michigan, I had noticed my brakes starting to squeak, so I asked if they could take a look at those as well. Tim called me back after they inspected the vehicle and told me that they would be able to replace the radiator, as well as letting me know that my brakes and rotors should also be replaced. He gave me a very generous price to do all of the work and let me know that I could pick the vehicle up THE SAME DAY! I am extremely thankful for the friendliness on the phone, quick service, and fair price. I was able to enjoy my visit with my in-laws, parents, and have a safe drive back to Texas. Having your vehicle break down is always a stressful situation, but I feel that I was lucky to have everything work out in the best possible way. Thank you All American Auto, Tim, and your friendly staff. I have recommended All American Auto to my family and would recommend them to everyone.

I can’t say enough about this mechanic service! Tim LaLonde is absolutely fantastic and goes above and beyond to make sure all your mechanic needs are met. I take my vehicle here for all my oil changes and tune ups. You genuinely feel like family the minute you walk through the door. They are honest, open, and transparent when it comes to your repairs. I can’t imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else.

Hi. I was treated so well by Tim LaLonde, the owner, when he found out that I volunteer at our local elementary school. He gave me a super price for my trade-in and then bent over backwards getting me in a dependable vehicle so I could get to school safely. Tim is a Christian and went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure that I was happy with my vehicle before I drove it off the lot and a week later when I heard a small rattle and I called him he had me bring my vehicle right back in and he put it up on the hoist and showed me that it was the muffler knocking on the heat shield. (I live on a dirt road. Tim did not even hesitate when I called him and told him I needed him to look at it. He immediately said to bring it on in.) Too many times, as a woman, I am treated unfairly by auto shops but Tim treats me very fairly and isn't out to take advantage of people. He really has a good heart and it shines through in the business that he does. I am recommending All American Auto to all my friends and family and I recommend All American Auto to you too!

Came up to Standish for Memorial Weekend to camp. Drove up Friday night and woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire. What a nightmare when you are hundreds of miles away from home. And of coarse the spare on the truck was the wrong size but got me into town. No one around knew of a local tire shop, let alone on a holiday weekend. Pulled into this shop by chance they might be able to help. Tim could not have been more accommodating. We have a 31ft Fifth Wheel Camper and we needed a reliable tire to get us back home. Tim got me right in the second I pulled in and had me out the door with the correct size tire on my spare wheel in less then 20 minutes. Wow what amazing service and hospitality!!!!!!!!!!! If you're ever in Standish and need service to your vehicle, All American Auto is the place to go. I will never forget that amazing service. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I called to get an inspection done on my car and they got me in the same day. After finding out my brakes and pads were shot, they were able to replace them within the hour, provide awesome service, and all for a great price. I would highly recommend All American Auto to anyone who needs car help!

They were so much more than helpful. My wife and I live just under the Mackinac bridge in uppermost northern lower Michigan. We were traveling downstate to purchase a new vehicle, when we blew a tire and were stranded on the expressway. Due to issues with our spare tire winch, we called all American auto in Standish, and had it towed there. With waiting for tow driver and getting there, it was just past five when we got to the shop and Mr. Lalonde explained his mechanic had already left for the night. My wife and I thought we would have to sleep in the truck and wait til the following morning, however, the owner called his mechanic, who was more than willing to turn around and come back to work. They then proceeded to find us a set of 2 good used tires, change, balance and dispose of the old ones. All for an extremely fair price... and all after hours!!! It is so nice to know that there are still good people left in this world :-) I would recommend the shop to anybody passing through the area.

We fell upon this amazing establishment by chance. Our tire blew out on I75 and after calling several local shops, this was the only one that actually had our tire size. The friendly voice over the phone told us to come down and he would get us all hooked up. We finally arrived via tow truck and walked in the door not knowing they were closed. The shop owner says you are late but let me see if my mechanic will come back and help you out. Sure enough, the mechanic agrees and within ten minutes is back working on our truck. Although the circumstances were not fun for us, All American Auto proved to us that there are amazing people and business owners out there. SUPPORT THIS SMALL BUSINESS! They will go above and beyond your expectations! Very clean and they even have skittles!!
