Starbucks Coffee

This is a decent Starbucks, but the customer service is not the best. I know many of the employees try to be friendly and professional, but the store is so busy all the time and they are constantly running around. I could see they get tired and may not provide much satisfaction to the customer in terms of friendliness, but they do try. Look at it in terms of their eyes, you need to understand the conditions in that store to realize that it's very hard to always be smiling and friendly. I give many of them credit for trying, but some of the other workers are straight out nasty all the time. A couple of them always have an attitude and don't know anything about customer service. However, don't let a few bad apples ruin your visit.
