I was having issue getting Uber / Lyft for over an hour from Union station and decided to call Ace taxi. They answered my phone promptly and arrive within 5-10 minutes. My driver was very nice and gave me enough space to stretch my leg/ put my bag and offer me water. I got home safely and would definitely try their service again!

Provided by Superpagesthis company is horrible the owner doesnt care about the company, the manager is a joke, and most but not all the drivers need a lesson in customer service and driving. this company lets pedophiles drive for them and dispatchers who swear at customers and hit on female customers. i would nevercall this company for a ride. i know alot of there dirty little secrets

Provided by SuperpagesWaited for 1 hour. Cab didnt show up. Waited more. No cab. Called to see where it was, told me there was no driver. When i said to cancel it ill call yellow cab, he hung up on me. RUDE A HOLES!!!
