        Overall

        While Dr. Hurt MAY be a competent practitioner, you'd better hope you don't have to rely on anyone to return an after-hours phone call or to respond to an emergency. One would think that the patients that allow him to afford to work 4 days a week could reasonably expect the common courtesy of a return phone call.
