I had a great experience at this local office. The wait time wasn't long despite how many people were there.

Famila is the worst lace to go too if you have/need braces. None of them am to know what they're doing. Not to mention the fact that they would rather you come in to tell you about a rescheduling instead of calling you. They are horrible.!

The orthodontist is rude snotty and a jerk his assistant the young black kid is awesome though but he is not. And every feeling that they have done within the last year in my mouth has all fallen out my teeth are in worse shape than they were before I ever started going to the dentist

I wouldn't take my dead dog to this place!
I have waited over 4 hrs for my kids to be seen and treated by a dentist. One of children is autistic! They don't clean teeth well at all! I waited a very long time to have my kids teeth cleaned and it took them less then 1 minute to clean them!
My husband had his teeth pulled in April of 2015 and is still waiting to get his teeth and it is January 2016.
The area where the children can place is disgustingly filthy, smells like a footlocker and dirty diapers. The bathrooms aren't clean.

They will say they have called and left messages on your phone and they havent.
Most of the receptionists are rude and unfriendly.

They were over 2 hours behind at my first visit and I had to leave because I had another appointment. They rescheduled me. They called me to reconfirm the day before. They should have also called the dentist, because I showed up and he didn't, so they had to reschedule me once again. VERY FRUSTRATING and extremely poor service.

My children all ages 16 months thur ages 14 love the dentist here. He is very good with my teenagers. My only complaint is I have learned the hard way not to call the 800 number to make appointments. I drove an hour to get to Springfield only to find out that whoever I spoke to the day before set up my 16 month old toddler with a chipped tooth to see an ORTHADONTIST? AND the regular dentist can not see me until Thursday. I talked to a few friends who all said they had the same issues happen with them one of them had it happen to them 3 times stright! Leason here is do not make you appointments thru the 1800 number just call Springfield office directly. Also had issues getting a sign language interpeter.
