The Pink Butterfly - Monogramming and Gifts

Pink Butterfly gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just started getting my daughter's clothes monogrammed/embroidered so I dont know alot about different patterns/techniques and chose this store because it has been around for awhile and had a great Facebook page to represent their store.

When I first walked in the store I knew it wouldn't be a good experience. Noone greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. I walk up to the first sales associate I see and explain I've bought my own clothing items off of blank boutique and wanted to get/see some ideas for monogramming these items. I show her a picture I got off THEIR Facebook page and she says "We don't do that pattern". As she says this I look around and see the exact embroidery design on a shirt in their store. I ask her if she can double check and when she ask the other sales associate she informs her that yes they do have that design. She apologizes for this and tells me she isn't very experienced and just started working there. This is no big deal..I just tell her that I too am new to this and don't know alot about the embroidery options they have and ask if maybe a more experienced associate could help me. I was never rude.

Well the owner of the store comes from the back to help me and has a horrible attitude. It was obvious she didnt want to help me. I asked her if there were any examples I could see just to get some ideas for my items and she says "I really don't have anything to show you. Most people who come in here already know what they want"! The next few minutes if she wasn't trying to make me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what I wanted she was being disrespectful. I finally told her nevermind about needing her services. This lady didn't want me in her store. I don't know if she felt like I didn't belong in their or if she has certain prejudices. When I grabbed my items to leave she started yelling at me as I was walking the store.

Mary does the best monogramming around. If you need something with that personal touch this is your place. She has a great variety of items to choose from and will do what you want done. I would not go anywhere else. Thanks Mary for making my gift ideas easy.

EXCELLENT PERSONAL SERVICE by Mary (the owner) herself. Lots of great things to choose from with tons of variety. Mary has done monogramming for me in the past and that is why I will always drive 1 1/2 hours for her to do all of my monogramming. Thank you and CONGRATULATIONS on your new store!
