        Overall

        I would not recommend this company. I couldn't get service from them until I submitted a copy of the deed to property I purchase from a previous customer. They were rude and even hung up when I told them to come pick up their tank (Donna).

        My experience with Ideal Fuel on the whole has been positive. But recently we experienced a very bad instance of customer service as relates to a new order placed with the company. Failure to notify us in a timely manner of a problem in getting the gas logs we ordered. Weeks go by and no contact to update us on our order and then we made the contact our concern and problem was met with indifference.
