Overall
The Good and the Bad on Irrigation Repair

Fixed my spriinkling system twice - both were mechanical issues on an older system.I paid promptly without any complaint and was very happy with the overall service. Subsequently, one of the zones stopped working about a week later but I forgot to call to report it because it was raining and no need to use the sprinkler. When it turned dry again I called twice asking someone to come back. I said that I thought some dirt had probabaly gotten into the system during the most recent inciident and probably just clogged up the system after a valve was replaced. I specifically said I wasn't expecting the work to be done for free. Left two messages which went straight to voice mail and never received a return phone call which was very disappointing.
