Bill did everything he said he would do and more.He came to my house at all hours of the day and night to fix the problem and when I decided to replace my a/c unit He and Carlos worked in my attic all day on the hottest day of the year! They did a great job and my house is cool and quiet for the first time in years! Bill is a "keeper" and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing this kind of service.
Check this guy out! He gave me an excellent price on a full system install and completed the work a day later. When my breaker tripped on a Saturday evening, and I couldn't figure out what happened or how to fix it, he drove an hour to my place, at 9 in the evening, and got me back up and running again. My neighbors recommended him to me and now I am doing the same. Awesome service! Awesome business. Thank you Bill!!
After getting bids to completely replace our air conditioning/heating system, we chose Longton Air Company. William was recommended by a neighbor. From the start William answered the many questions we had with clarity and promptness and patience. He and his assistant Carlos did a phenomenal job and we are very pleased with the outcome. It was a big job - 3 air conditioners, 3 furnaces, 3 humidifiers, digital thermostats and adding extra attic insulation. We can highly recommend this company!

The owner of Longton Air (Bill MacDonald) personally inspected our units, ran a check of our duct work (which proved to look scary) and made recommendations depending on how aggressive we wanted to be to get to the most efficient system. Mr. MacDonald immediately sent pricing and answered all questions promptly and fully (his knowledge of his products is impeccable!). Mr. MacDonald gave us a couple of different options and his answers were in terms that we could easily understand to make an informed decision. The work was scheduled promptly and completed quickly. Many times Mr. MacDonald made the decision to replace aging duct work (at no additional cost) and used state-of-the-art accessories (thermostats, etc) that will add to our energy savings. Longton Air is top notch. The owner is knowledgable, trustworthy, and hard working, and took extra care to make sure everything about our completely new system installation was done right. You get the feeling that you are in the hands of a master, with no detail left unfinished. This is a special company and offers home owners peace of mind. We highly recommend them!
I live in Southlake and I just had a full system install today. While no one likes spending money, it was a pleasant experience. The Job was nicely done. Very professional and they worked hard until the job was completed. The owner Bill MacDonald was on the job site envolved in the install the whole time. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs or installs.
