Lets start off by saying that Mary NP is the best. She is super nice and makes you feel at ease. She is the only reason I am coming to this clinic. The front staff is rude and they all need to be briefed on customer service skills. I did nothing but sign in and the attitude is unbearable. You are getting paid to work so, work. Do not treat patients like an inconvenience to your chat session. When a patient asks a question, answer it without a condescending attitude. Yes, I asked you because I do not know the answer. The front desk staff is the first a patient has interaction with and this represents the clinic. The Medical Director there should really take notice of all the other reviews about the front staff. Otherwise, Mary the NP gets 5 stars. I do have to say that I did talk to one receptionist that answered the phone and she was very nice and when I called for lab results the Medical Assistant was nice.

All I can say is, I switched from several other ob/gyn's to this one. My last OB wouldn't see me again after my January miscarriage, she suggested I see a specialist. I got pregnant 8 months later, without a doctors help and that's when I switched doctors.

Yes, they don't confirm appointments but there's so many people on hand, assisting patients, I'm not surprised they don't have time to call everyone. Just days before I even stepped foot into the office, I called after hours, thinking I was having another miscarriage and would have to cancel my appointment. I ended up speaking directly to a doctor, who told me to keep my appointment, so my levels can be monitored. I didn't end up losing the baby, I'm currently 19 weeks along! Anytime anyone has ever called me back, they've been a certified nurse, and not just one of the girls from the front desk. Whenever I have to call them back, I ask for the same person, that left me a message. I have no problems getting through...unless it's Monday, their busiest day. For me, the longest I've waited in the waiting room was 20 mins. The longest I've waited in the room was 30 mins. Two separate situations. For me, that's not bad. My last OB, I waited 45 mins in the empty waiting room and another 20 mins, just for a first prenatal appt. As for others complaining about billing issues... if you EVER have an issue, go to the office in person. Ask for documents, NEVER wait for an office to mail you something and NEVER wait longer than 2-4 hrs, for them to call you back...without trying again. After years of hunting for a good doctor, I've learned, you can't sit back and expect them to give you all the answers. You need to seek results and speak up, when necessary. If they're not willing to listen, then it's not going to be the best place for you to attend.

Terrible service!!!

There are a few excellent Dr's at this practice. Dr. Andary and Dr. Aliwat are two of the BEST Dr's I've ever seen. However, the rest of front office staff and a few of the other Dr's are RUDE, dis-organized, and seemingly uneducatd on what is supposed to be their area of speciality. Every time I have had to interact with this staff it has been a complete MESS! Messages are relayed wrong (if at all), they have told me, "that Rx doesn't exist", when I'm actually holding the script in my hand, they have messed up nearly every appoinent/scheduling issue and billing issue I've had. Also, if you are pregnant, and calling asking to speak to your Dr. about an emergency, be prepared that the staff may call you back with a response of, "there is nothing we can do for you". RUDE STAFF, don't walk, RUN if you are looking for an OBGYN practice that doesn't screw up EVERYTHING!!!

Front desk staff member is very rude. Would not even consider listening to my question that could of easily been answered. Interupted me and yelled that she's not "clinical" and someone "clinical" will have to call me back. I never get a notification due for yearly checkup. They do not confirm appointments. Failed to submit a claim to my insurance and I paid out of pocket. Then argued that it's not their fault as if I'm supposed to submit my own claims. Never got the money back for that. They said they would mail me the ledger and I can submit it myself. Never received the ledger in the mail. The claims that they did submit and the insurance paid it took over 6 months of calling and asking for it back before I received it. The clinical staff was great and very friendly but the front is horrible and disorganized. I would not recommend!

This business is fast, friendly and their service is delivered with a smile. I've been going to this clinic for over 3 years now. They also work you right in the same day if you have a problem.

Do not recommend

On two separate occasions I signed in and was not greeted by the receptionists and then I say there for 45 minutes waiting, when I walked up to the counter to ask how much longer they said they hadnt seen me sign in...well maybe if they weren't so busy gabbing amongst one another and actually paid attention and checked the sign in sheet, they'd know. Also, the doctors and most nurses with the exception of Mary, we're very cold and made me feel like my questions were stupid.

Great Practice

I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr Alaiwat is compassionate & a gifted surgeon. He changed my life, and I no longer suffer. I drive over 45 miles to his office and it is worth it even at todays gas prices!
