If you have the luxury of dropping off your vehicle and the shop not working on it for two whole weekdays, you will love this place. Last time I dropped my car off they kept it for a whole week. This time they have had it for two days and they have not even pulled it into the shop. Both times it was a check engine light for a car over seven years old. I think I will take my car repair and my new car business elsewhere.

I love this place, they were the only dealership that took care of all my needs and worked with me whereas others were just looking at $signs...very friendly staff..there is nothing I can complain about with this place. Sorry that the other ppl on here had a different experience. My sales guy(James) was awesome.

I am writing this in responce to the gentleman that left this very rude comment about a sales person and the dealership. I hate to tell you Sir but I was at the dealership also and I witnessed the way you were behaving. If any one was rude I would have to say it was you. Maybe you need to grow up and learn how to treat people with respect and courtesy before you head out to look for another car. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or maybe if you intend to be rude like you were today maybe you should look around to see if there is any one else around that might hear you. !!!!!!!!. And as for the way that you said that Mr. Gignac said have a good day sir to you as you were leaving I have to say was what a real person with manners should have told you. I hope that you will do better the next time you head out and look or a car or anything else and treat them with the respect that you think you deserve.. But i have to say also that with today access that everyone has to the internet is the worse thing ever. You only get to see or hear one persons side. Wish the next person that has to deal with you gets treated better.

Save yourself a Headache!

I have not have my truck for 24 days. My truck was supposed to be done on 8/27/10 and when I went to pick it up there were scratches still on it, they supposedly fixed them, I came back two days later and where the scratches were was sagging paint! The guy said it will take 20 min to fix if you come back with it. They parked it by the service center so my husband can come drive it home. Once we did needless to say my husband found the bumper not aligned, another two scratches not viaible by where the shop is due to the shadow of the building and a dink on the door, as we drove off since they were closed a loud rattling and squeak were coming from the truck on the freeway! Its as if no one test drove it before handing it over, so I took off of work to take it back early in the morning and had to get another rental. When I called to find out what happened they didnt notice the axle shaft was bent! Please save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

High Pressure, thy name is Genthe

Just a bad experience. We wanted to get out of there within minutes of entering the showroom. How can I explain this? We went in looking for a specific vehicle which we saw on the lot. We had researched it online. looked at it on the lot, and wanted to test drive it. But instead, we had to sit down with a salesman for the better part of an hour and have him (and then the sales manager) tell us what was the right vehicle for us. I hate when salespeople try to tell customers what they should buy. They tried to get us to commit to a car before we test drove it. It was like, ok, if you like the car on a test drive, can I count on your business. It wasn't even the car we wanted. No one was listening to us. They were telling us what they thought we should buy. I get angry just thinking about it.



After this experience, both my wife and I had to take a valium.



Never again.

Stay Away!

These guys are terrible. I took a car in to the body shop for an insurance repair because Allstate said that they’re a priority repair facility, and that their work would be guaranteed. When the car was returned, the repaired fender fit poorly, was loose, and paint over sprayed on the other painted surfaces, on the trim, and with some trim not even secured. They agreed to fix these problems, blaming them all on the after market part they used. The day after getting the car back, upon reaching 60MPH, the splash shield under the engine blew down into the road and started scraping.



I took the car back the moment they opened on the following business day, the Monday following the weekend to show them what had happened. Instead of taking responsibility for failing to properly secure the part, they accused me of running into something.



Since these guys were an Allstate priority repair facility, and their work was warranted by Allstate, I expected this to be resolved quickly, but since the over spray was in an area that should not have even been painted, they claimed that it was not from them. They also tried avoid any blame for the fallen splash shield, convincing Allstate that I’d hit something.



No one at Genthe Chevrolet was willing to do anything about the splash shield other than to install it for me after I’d purchased the damaged part. With a bit of persistence, I was able to get through to someone at Allstate who was able to force Genthe Chevrolet to do the repairs, at their cost. This whole experience has been a very frustrating one.



Go elsewhere, find someone who stands by their work.
