Excellent experience, I follow them on Instagram and decided to check them out. Definitely worth it! Ended up getting started on a custom piece for the wife. I checked out some of there competitors (no names mentioned) lol. Long story short, Zeidman's beat the prices, my wife is going to have and awesome custom piece for her birthday!!!

Awesome experience, paid less than retail for a diamond ring for my girlfriend and the service was very friendly. Definitely will do it again!

HORRIBLE experience. I dropped my Rolex off for service that cost $200. Brian called me & after discussing w him, we decided that no work should be done. Zeidman's decided to call a friend who referred me & get authorization to not only complete the work we had decided against, but to add an EXTRA $200 service that I'd specifically declined. FLAT OUT ROBBERY! They gave me a $50 discount, forcing me to pay $350 for unnecessary work. only AFTER I paid did the manager come out to say that Z was wrong and I shouldn't have had to pay it, but offered no restitution whatsoever. It baffles me that after saying that I shouldn't be responsible for paying it, they didn't offer even a partial refund! And to make matters worse, the watch doesn't look ANY better than when I left it. I would never shop here, nor would I refer anyone else! They are also overpriced. They told me 13,500 for a 1984 double quickset gold presidential. I found a newer, nicer 18238 one for $10k in the advance building
