The dresses in the store are mostly old, out of date and funky! No really!! I think she keeps them and never dry cleans them. I saw dresses that were ripped, stained, dirty and zippers busted still hanging on the racks. I did find a treasure in all the trash but she charged me for letting it out after telling me that she would let it out for me. When I returned to try on my dress and pick it up, the alteration job was DISGUSTING and it had a one inch seam on both sides with hanging threads and it was missing the crystals. she told me that she would add more crystals for ONLY $100. I said No. She then tried hard to sell me some old, used looking shoes for $175 that looked like they had been worn many times. I said no to the shoes and the cheap, gaudy jewelry as well and just wanted my dress so I could leave. She said oh btw, you need to pay me $30 for the bra cups in the dress. I said What? Are you serious? The cups were already in the dress when I paid for it, she didn't add them in. I told her I am not going to give her one more dime for that dress. She told me then I'm going to go and cut the bra pads out. I called the police immediately. When they arrived they only informed me that they couldn't force her to leave the pads in and suggested I take her to civil court. Someday this old lying, cheating witch is going to cheat the wrong person and I can't wait to hear about it on the news!

Baaaaaad service . First of all she is a big liar . First of all , she told me the dress is 750 plus when swipe my credit card , she charged me 750 plus tax without telling my the final amount . Alteration is very bad there . She talks loud and she doesn't respect customers . Bad customer service

I came looking for a nice dress for a Chaldean wedding when she tried selling me a see-through sweater dress that barely covered my crotch. Even the older alteration lady suggested I wear leggings underneath yet when she realized the snake owner was selling it to me as a dress, she immediately realized her blunder in being honest and butted out. The owner got loud with me when I said how inappropriate this would be to wear as a dress and tried arguing with me!! After I wasn't liking any of the mass produced, cheaply made dresses you can find in any other boutique in MI or online for that matter, she completely ignored me as if I didn't exist. The store has a warehouse type feel and she knows nothing about serving her customers. She WRONGLY assumed that I would trust her taste bc I was also Chaldean. She got offended when I didn't like any of her garbage dresses. I love supporting Chaldean business owners but a snake is a snake. PERIOD. This lady needs to retire asap if she just looks at people as walking $ signs.

We decided to visit this shop after we found out about the great selection of younger girl's gowns they had. Being petite, it's hard to find a dress perfect for my size that is also stunning without high alteration costs. I read the reviews on here, and was pretty skeptical when purchasing.

Living downriver, there's only a select few of decent dress shops around here. I looked through ALL of them and still wasn't able to find THE dress. When I visited OBF, the owner kindly recommended other gowns to me. She brought me a group of stunning dresses to try on. An array of childrens, small junior sizes, and then one larger juniors size gown. I tried it on- and it was PERFECT. Huge on me, but perfect.

We decided to trust OB and let them alter it down (I believe six sizes. I wear a 0 and the dress I believe was a six)

After reading reviews on here, I was very worried. The dress ended up costing $660 total, with alterations.

When a went to pick up my dress, my worries shattered. The gown was PERFECT! Alteration was perfect .

I LOVE the Orosdi Beck staff. The owner (Haiffa I believe her name is) is a business women, however she is genuinely a kind person. The other women, I believe the alteration lady, was the sweetest person ever. They put full effort into making sure their customers are satisfied.

Worth the 50 minute drive for sure! I will also be returning for feature purchases. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Please DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON. THE OWNER will first make you believe she wants your business. NO WAY, once she gets your MONEY SHE IS CULTURALLY BIAS AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR EVERYTHING that should be included. For example, a Quality PLASTIC BAG FOR A DRESS ($800.00) AND anything else a regular dress shop would include for FREE . THE FREE PLASTIC BAG WILL TEAR UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE. The plastic bag was not even cleaner's bag quality. SHE IS HORRIBLE and a LIAR. You would THINK when we try to do business with all groups, others would not be so VAIN. SHAME ON YOU! Also, after we had already paid the deposit on the dress and the dress had arrived (second and third visits); my grand daughter went into the dressing room and they told her she could not lock the door for privacy in the dressing room. And the next visit they had changed the locks so you could NOT lock the door for privacy. My granddaughter was not going to put that 20-30 pound prom dress in her pocket. Also, I was told I had to go to Marshall's to use the restroom. But at this point they had our money and of course there are NO Refunds. Never ever shop here, you will regret it !!! I am not angry, just being honest about our experience. If it was possible I would give ZERO stars!!!
