Steam

Ok, So I have gone to the Steam twice. My buddy, whom is a Chef, took me there and the food was great. So, a couple weeks later, I suggested this place to two business colleagues and we decided to go the Eagle's game last night. We walked in , no hostess was at the front , we looked for a place at the bar, there were none, so we sat at a high table in the bar area. And we sat, and we sat some more. Finally, the hostess finally appeared and told us that we needed to be seated in this area b yher, but that she would get our server. And then we sat, and waited, and waited. Finally, we politely asked a waitress walking by if she was our serving. With out even turning and looking at us she just barked "No"! and kept on walking. Finally, our server showed up. He took our order. Then, guess what!? We sat, and waited, and waited. We wasted a total of 27 minutes in this place and could not even get a BEER! Oh, and the hostess was not at her station when we left. So, If you go to the Steam, don't dare sit down with out approval from the almighty Hostess, whom is harder to find then the invisible man. Don't expect good service. And don't take someone there whom you want to impress. Thank you Steam for the huge disappointment and embarrassment. I would not recommend this place! EVER!
