Carol Nails

I recently went in to get a mani-pedi for $28, I gave them $60 so that I could get plenty of change for a holiday tip. They gave me $12 back and when I told them I gave them three $20's they refused to believe me and instead told me to check my purse, pockets, etc. which I did and still nothing. When I asked to speak to the manager who got the change she refused to talk to me. Obviously, they don't have any kind of accounting system to check the validity of the customer or the integrity of their salon. In the end they got their 'holiday' tip but they also lost a customer and my friend who was with me. Not to mention the manicure was terrible.
