        My builder contracted out Alside for our windows. We had some installation issues and needed a few windows fixed. Our representative was extremely difficult to get a hold of and we finally had to contact the main office. Once they came out to repair the windows, they broke a window in the process. They promised they would call and follow up. It has never happened. I have to call every few weeks to see where it is. They never know what is going on and can never find the window. This has been going on for a year. They are very unprofessional on the phone and no one is helpful.
