I was hit with a DUI - and to make the situation even more challenging, the arrest was made by the State Police. I was pulled over for passing without a signal during a lane change. They requested I take a breathalyzer test - in New Jersey, refusal is automatic loss of license - so technically I didn't have a choice. My breathalyzer reading was over double the legal limit...

I had high doubts I would be able to beat this and was facing loss of license for a year (due to the high reading) and a mandatory device installed in the vehicle after. Fast forward some months, Mr. Janzekovich and I had my day in court. Edward was not only able to get the charge dropped, but the others they "tacked" on as well - I walked out of the court without having to pay anything!
