All of you doing business with Paul at Tax Strategies.... BE AWARE!

After 14 years of business with Paul, this year 2015 he totally left me and my company out to dry! I always though of Paul as a friend, bad move! Its all about business.

I took my personal and business tax paperwork to Paul in Feb as always, and waited for his call to return for signatures. Well 4/15 rolls around and Paul texts me saying he's sorry for delay he business tax preparer fell ill and would personally take care of my taxes. One week later I call... no answer... I email.... no answer I text to his personal phone.... nothing. I wait 1 more week, I call no answer, I email, no answer... this goes on for a month, finally someone answers and says I'll have Paul call you back immediately.... nothing! I continue to call, email, text... week after week, still nothing. Now its June 11 I pay his office a visit. Only one person in the office and I had to threaten him to return ALL my paperwork so I could take to another accountant.

This guy was so rude, dropped half my paperwork on the floor. I asked him to pass on a message to Paul since he didn't have the respect to face me personally, Tell Paul if he hadn't filed the proper paperwork for an extension or I faced any penalties because of their lack of professionalism I would sue for these losses. The office person told me go ahead you'll get nothing you like everyone else who has tried are a dime a dozen!

Sounded like i'm not alone here...

You all better start looking elsewhere before this happens to you.
