RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!! Called for a quote, couldn't get any information. Left 1 star for selection, seeing as how nobody could be bothered to discuss their options. If i could leave 0 stars for service, i would. Receptionist is rude. Manager (who's name I didn't get because I was hung up on before I could even ask) is even more rude.

I rented gold chiavari chairs for my wedding and they were perfect! Alan's Party and Tent Rentals even put the cushions on the chairs upon delivery so the caterer had one less thing to worry about. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend!

Despite the company I work for being a major client, we received no customer service and a couldn't care less attitude for a recent large order we placed. Where to begin? Firstly, they refused to give me a contact person for my order and were rude and abrupt on the phone. They prefer not to speak by phone, but yet are confused by instructions/requests, and have no interest in clarifying the details. They delivered our supplies a day earlier than I had instructed, leaving me to move many tables and other supplies from a storage room to our event space. They told me I should have read the small print on their invoice - they had changed the delivery date. Typically rental companies would charge an additional day's rate, so I never expected them to drop off a day prior. They didn't bother asking me where everything would be stored and would this be okay. They charged us for sending men back to move and set up tables on the correct day. In addition, when I arrived at the venue, they had left 400 glasses in crates for me to move (had to go outside back and forth in a snow blizzard). When I called to ask why they left their glasses in the storage area, the man screamed at me and said he refused to discuss it with me. An absolute disgrace. I cannot believe they are still in business. BUYER BEWARE!

SO much better than the last place I ordered from that took FOUR deliveries to get it right. ALAN delivered once with 100% accuracy!

Thank you Alan! Never thought my backyard could host such a great party. They sent a man to measure my property for a Tent who told me that it would work out well. But between the hills and the trees, I still doubted it. When I saw the final product, including this amazing Tent Liner, it was amazing.

Im only giving four stars because some of the grass died underneath. But that’s probably expected…

This place is great! No nonsense, great product, One stop shop. I thought I would have go to 10 different places to secure all that I needed, but nope. Everything I needed was right there. A Tent with Airconditioning, Stunning Linens, A VIP bathroom trailer!!!

Terrible customer service!!! Rude and unprofessional. Will never call this place again!! Stay away. Content Party Rentals in East Rutherford is nearby and much has great service!!!
