Oliver Winch Middle School serves the educational needs of students in grades six through eight. The school has an enrollment of more than 700 students and offers classes in English, family and consumer science, art, computers and technology, languages other than English, mathematics, health and physical education, science and social studies. It also provides special education to students with special needs. Its cafeteria provides several options to students for food purchases. The school offers various extracurricular activities, such as student council, international club, memory book, outdoor and ski club, Helping Hands, book club, television staff and drama and art clubs. Its library has more than 30 computers for students to use for research for class projects. Oliver Winch Middle School is a part of the South Glens Falls Central School District and is located in South Glens Falls, N.Y.
