Electric Bug Exterminator

I work in an office that has a bee problem, there is a hive in our wall. I called Electric Bug Company and explained my problem & was told they'd have someone out the next day at 9am. Well, 9:30 rolls around and no word from any exterminator. I called them, but had to leave a message. I got a call back a half hour later telling me that because it is raining, the bees would not be very active, so the technician was not going to come out. When I responded with "The bees are on the inside of the building. The rain is not effecting them.", I was told "Well, that's what the technician said. Can we reschedule?". I've never been so frustrated. I called a competing company and have been promised to have the bee problem, not only looked into but, treated the same day. I will not call Electric Bug again, they are unreliable.
