I had my septic tank pump out 3 years ago by Aames. After it was done I looked at the YP reviews & the septic reviews were negative, but they have all dissappeared.

What turned out to be a $200 job ended up being overe $2000. There was a problem but not a problem worth $1800. I figured the guys hourly rate was about $500/hr. I would not recommend these folks or will I ever use them again.

This is by far the best service company I've ever used! I had a plumber and A/C tech out here and they were amazing! The office set it up to have them both here at the same time, saving me time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I just wish they did electrical work because that's the next thing I have to get fixed. Perfect experience! Aames Plumbing comes highly recommended in my book!

Aames Plumbing and Heating & Air saved me from sweating away!!! I called 3 companies and was told it was at minimum $100.00 just to show up and it would be like 4 days before someone could com out but Aames came the same day!!! They have a $59.00 diag through the website so I was already pleased from the start! And Chris was phenominal! He knew exactly what he was talking about and had my A/C working within an hour of him being there! I will be calling for a water heater next week!

These guys were very friendly on the phone and really cared about my plumbing problem and the technician was even better!!! How is a mother of 4 supposed to cook dinner for the family when her kitchen sink is backing up?!? They had Ken T at my house in about an hour and 30 min. He unclogged the drain with some kind of machine, he called it a sink machine, and even wiped off the cabinets and the floor where the sink backed up on them. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable and honest plumber that I can depend on. Aames Plumbing will be my plumber for life! Thank you Ken T and the entire staff at Aames Plumbing for saving the day!!!

My water heater went out on Sunday night and I called Aames because it said 24 hours. They answered the phone and insured me they would have a technician there within the hour...sure enough Scott was ringing my doorbell within the hour! He showed me their flat rate pricing system which kept the price the same even though it was a Sunday night. For my water heater and a small code upgrade it was $850.00! I was so happy and already referred them to my neighbor who decided to go ahead and replace her water heater today! I plan on posting this on every online review place just so everyone knows what a great job they did!

I recently called Aames to come and look at my septic system. They told me for a standard pump out it would be $195.00 for a 1000 gallon tank and $295.00 on a 1500 gallon tank. Dustin arrived at my house within the hour and worked the entire day on my system. It turns out I had more problems than I thought, but I did wait 10 years to get it pumped out. He told me I should pump it out every 4-5 years and that would prevent me from having additional work which of course requires additional money. I already set my maintenance pump out up for 4 years from now with Aames! I highly recommend this company and suggest you request Dustin!

I called and asked the price for having my septic tank pumped. The girl told me $265, unless they had to repair wood, or other damage caused by the digging. She sent someone out within the hour. There was nothing to tear up as the tank was located in the opening. However, because the tank was 2' deep, they added charges. Then they wanted to add charges for something else, and something else... by the time it was said it done the final quote was $610. No thank you! Problem is they wasted my time and now it is too late to call someone else out here today.

Unbelievable the price difference. .Wish I had checked websites and blogs before calling them. The quoted $195-$295 is a joke. The pumping of my septic system (for house occupied 5.5 years ) cost me $610. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and encourage others (who have blogged disgust on other sites concerning this company) to do the same. If consumers do not file complaints with the BBB, then companies like Aames continue to get away with deceptive business practices. CHECK OTHER COMPANIES BEFORE EVEN THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY. In other words.....******DON'T USE THIS COMPANY....EVEN AS A LAST RESORT!!!!********

This company was very quick in coming to the house. The service technician was professional, friendly, and informative. We would recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing, heating or air conditioning problem. I understand Aames also does septic work so I've recommended them to a friend.

I received the best service I could have ever asked for considering my problem. I came home from work around 6pm and found the main floor of my house had flooded after a water line under the vanity in our half bath had broke. My entire Kitchen and living room were flooded and because it happened earlier in the day 3/4 of my basement was also flooded. I called Aames immediately after looking in the yellow pages.It turned out the owner lives very close and he was made aware of my emergency. He actually was at my house within twenty minutes, located the problem and turned the water off. Aames had a plumber at my house within an hour of my calling them and they had a water restoration company at my house within an hour and a half.You talk about feeling like you were being supported and that you were not in it by yourself - I was beside myself but relieved as well.Aames came back out the next morning and changed all the lines under all my sinks from PVC to copper to ensure this would not happen again.The restoration company handled all the clean up as well as dealing with my insurance company. Everything from dry walling to painting, new carpet to hardwoods they took care of and restored my house back to pristine condition. I am so thankful for the professionalism all the way around, but particularly to the first responders - those wonderful people at Aames Plumbing.

I was out of town and my wife called me to tell me our Septic system was backing up. We had used Aames before and new despite it being the weekend they would be out. We were not disappointed -they were out right away, making my wife very happy and fixing our problem. Thanks again!

We have used Aames at three different locations for plumbing and air conditioning problems. They have always been very helpful and friendly. Fast and professional at all times. I have referred them to several business associates and personal friends as well. Having had a couple bad experiences with other plumbing companies the people at Aames were truly a breath of fresh air.

I had the bad luck of having my old AC die the same day my son was born. I have an old house and had been trying to keep the unit going one more summer but it was not meant to be. So on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend, I called begging for Aames to come out and fix it. The warehouse where they got their units from was closed for the holiday weekend, but the owner pulled a string and arranged to get one unit the next morning. Sure enough, they showed up on time the next morning and commenced an 8 hour removal and installation of the old and new unit. As my house is 50+ years old, there were numberous curve balls on that hot day but the techs finally got it running perfectly for the arrival of my newborn at home the next day. They accidentally damaged the thermostat on the wall but were out again 2 days later to check on the unit and replace the thermostat with an identical new one. I really cannot express how grateful I am to the staff at Aames for coming through for me. I have recommended them to many friends and they have all been pleased as well.
