        Overall

        Horrible experience. Tim came out fix our fridge a total of 4 TIMES! And each time was unsuccessful. He kept ordering parts and saying hes confident this time will fix it. Riiight. Then he wouldn't even give us a full refund because he said we were calling it off and not letting him continue.
