Carpenter Cleaners

We had high hopes for this, " family owned business." My parent's had owned and operated a highly respected laundry and dry cleaners in Greenville for over 40 years. So I know something about the business. We spend on average between $100-$150 per month in dry cleaning. I took one of my husband's, " Tommy Bahama," silk shirts to be cleaned. It came back ruined. It cost us $80-$90 new. They only reimbursed us $25.00 for the shirt. Saying that it was an older shirt. My husband bought it last summer. And, when we go to replace the shirt it will cost us the price of a new shirt, not an older shirt. Needless to say we will not be going back!
Highly disappointed !
