MasterCuts

I went in earlier today to get layers put into my waist long hair. The entire time she was cutting it seemed like she was unsure of herself or what to do with my hair. She also seemed more preoccupied with gossiping with the other stylist there than talking with me through the process. Then when all was said and done, she told me it would look better when it grew out a little. The only reason I went there was for the convenience and prices but I advise everyone to check elsewhere first.

I went to mastercuts in the silverdale mall last week. I was greeted by a stylist and was signed in. I was told that it would be a 15 minute wait. After approximately 10 minutes a stylist Gen took me to her chair. I was very nervous. The last time i had my hair cut it was a mess. I explained how i felt and Gen assured me that she will listen to me. She showed me pictures and asked lots of questions. I felt very comfortable. I even allowed her to color my hair. I left looking amazing and will most definately be back! Thank you Gen for outstanding service!
