Walmart Supercenter

I was reading several reviews about walmart and its managers, I also had a very bad conflict and confrontation with the pine road management. Because i complained about a clearance sale, they call security on me stating i was talking to loud. I was asking a question about them placing none clearance items with clearance items. You this is to make you buy thinking its on sale and it is not. I think it is call BAIT AND SWITCH GAME. They get you over to the clearance sign and whats under the sign is not on sale. And to top it off when I asked one of the asst. managers she stated she could not tell me the price. What is this?????????????????????????

The employees at this location are rude and unprofessional from the Assistant Managers and above. No matter what time you enter the store day or night, there's normally two lanes open or the self checkout only takes cards and no cash. Most of the CSM's are standing around talking instead of jumping on a register to help with the long lines. I've never seen the store manager on the sales floor, which I'm aware that there's a new manager since the last one recently retired. Wal Mart has gotten away from a friendly hometown store.This isn't what Sam Walton stood for. Customer Service and respect is Key to run a successful business. I've been in several stores and this location is the worst by far. I live around the corner from the Shreve City location but I drive to the Bert Kouns location instead. Wal Mart has grew too big to where its gotten away from Respect for the customer.

This store is the most unprofessional workers , Lila in the garden center is very rude unprofessional , she need to go to customers service class , Assitance, Manager Ivy or however its spell , is unprofessional , dont know how to speak to customers . won't gey up his lazy behine to confront unhappy customers , instead he calls garden center to speak to me on the phone , plus hangs up . this store is very very unprofessional .. Bathrooms are always dirty.. ..
