If there were negative keys I'd give them a -10. Absolutely horrible. Notified them of new construction back in September. They said 2-4 weeks. Still waiting. My loan expires very soon and then I will have to pay extra to renew. Do They Care? Absolutely not. Horrible customer service and they live to stick it to you. The right hand doesn't know what the left one is doing. What an absolutely poor excuse for a power company. Watch them closely and document everything. It will come in handy.
Swepco add what that call deposits to your account keep an eye on your bill they owe me 240 dollar even with the proof I payed my bill they still came out and cut my power off keep an eye on your bill cuz there the same as a high School bully that want your lunch money
Making people pay extra from their mess ups and for being a day late on payment. You can only pay when you have the money.
