have used sbc for years they do our maintenance every year. Such knowledgeable technicians and very helpful. Will not use anyone else.

If I could give no stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever met. I took off work to meet a technician from 11:00-3:00 to meet, receptionist calls at 10:26 a.m to say a technician will be there at 11:00, but I could not answer at that moment. I called back 9 minutes later to verify and she states it’s too late. Still before my appointment time but bring it took me 9 minutes to call her back she canceled my appointment. I took off work for this and now they refuse to keep their own set appointment time. The receptionist is not professional. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone.

I woke up one morning & my a/c was not blowing cold air. I called SBC & they came out the same day. The tech was very professional & fixed the problem in about 45 minutes. Will definitely use them again

Could not have asked for better service! Service tech Robert took the time to explain what he did & why! He then addressed all of my questions in a manner that I could understand!

They came out and were very rude...didn't fix my heat and said they'd try to make it back out on Monday or Tuesday and this was Friday. It's 17 degrees outside. They wanted payment for a job they didn't even do!

We had no air - made appt and no show. Called office and no one there at 2:00 on a Friday!
