Residences at SpringRidge

I absolutely love my new luxury apartment from the moment I stepped in to see the different floorplans. I found what I was looking for in not just an apartment but a home which in beautiful, clean, modern and most of all a gated community all in one. I have not found anything like it in this area. From the moment I stepped into the beautiful leasing office I was treated & greeted by the most beautiful, pleasant & friendly office staff as well as the maintenance staff. They went out of their way to assist & accommodate me in getting the apartment floorplan & location I really wanted and I was sold on where I wanted to be. The office and maintenance staff always address you with a friendly hello and is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. When they have different cookouts & events for the residents it has always been so nice and so well planned. I've worked in customer service & hospitality. It is here with this entire staff..It is so serene...just nice.

I have lived in 4 different apartment complexes and these are definitely my favorite. The only negative thing I would say is they need new management. They don't know how to run a business at all, they need people with more experience. They forget to call back, they charge for every little thing. If they had different management I would probably still be living here.

I love love love these apartments. I have been here for almost two years and it is so homey. I don't feel like I live in an apartment and the area is always quiet. The staff is great and they are always willing to help. When I first got here they didn't have any garages available but they put me on a waiting list and at the end of my lease they transfered me to one with a garage. The property is beautiful and everyone here is friendly. Any one who gets the opportunity to live here I would suggest you jump on it right away.

I just moved to Shreveport a year ago and after an awful incident at another complex I moved to Springridge. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is great and friendly. The apartments are beautiful and so is the scenery. I feel safe when I am on property even late at night. My neighbors are friendly and I have no pest issues what so ever. If I do have any problems management takes care of it right away. Come check it out you will love it here!

These are by far the best apartments in Shreveport. The staff is extremely nice and take care of any problems as quickly as possible. The environment on property is very friendly and neighborly. These are more of a community than an apartment complex. The interiors and exteriors are gorgeous and unique making these feel more like a home than an apartment.I would recommend these apartments to anyone they are absolutely amazing!

I've lived at Springridge apartments for 6 months, and absolutely love it! I highly recommend it to all of my family and friends. The management team works extremely hard to fulfill all requests and needs I've ever had. It is a safe, gated environment for children as well as adults. The amenities are outstanding! Having a garage was the major selling point for me! As for the previous reviews about spiders, roaches and ants- if people kept a clean apartment, they would NOT have these problems. Also, the pool area is extremely well kept and people do not act like idiots.. If it's summer time and the pool is being used it is always controlled. If the management team stays the same, the apartments continue to stay as wonderful as they are, and my lifestyle allows, I'll continue to renew my lease for many years in the future!

Residence of Springridge has a beautiful outter appearancce, thats all. The apartments are constructed very poorly, one day I slammed my door and the fire sprinkler fell from the ceiling. The ants are takingover the apartments both inside and out. There isn't any playground for child, and the grassy area is covered with ants. The pool is constantly full with drunken adults. Please don't come here.

Although the apartments are beautiful in appearance, there are several deficiencies. Upon first signing the lease I was told construction would be finished in a couple of months. Not only did it take an additional 6+ months to complete, some of the amenities that attracted me such as the playground and basketball court were no longer in the plan. Additionally, the construction project was disorganized and had to be redone after omitting ramps for the disabled. After living here for a just a short while, i began to have cracks in my ceilings and walls because of the shifting of the apartment. This is a brand new construction and should not be happening. I am actively searching for a new residence.

We moved here because at the time, all similarly nice apartments were leased out. Still regret signing the lease because of how worthless the management is. Bugs were always a problem (despite keeping our place clean and spraying Home Defense). Could hear the neighbors music and dogs barking all the time. Electricity was always around $100, which is outrageous for a one bedroom on the bottom facing away from the sun. The gates close at six and the clicker provided may or may not work. If it works after the second week, you're good to go. Ours never worked and management kept handing out working clickers to new residents. We really felt special. While they're the best looking apartments in town, they're not built well and it begins to show pretty quick.

I work nights and get no rest in the daytime due to the noise from the construction. The apartments are nice but some of the amenities that are displayed in the apartment finder are a little exaggerated. They come with a college dorm microwave, mine had a dent in it. Sealing around the doors allow cold air to come in. When I first moved in, ants were a horrible problem that has been corrected. The best features of my apartment is the nice sized bathrooms and the garage, but I do feel that they are overpriced.
