Horrible service!!! The flowers I recieved looked nothing like how they looked on the website, the flowers I got looked like they were handpicked from my own bushes!! On top of that they stink so bad I had to throw them out. The delivery guy, looked like a regular man, so when he rang my doorbell at 8in the morning, I looked outside and did not recognize the guy, he did not have a shirt or a sticker on his car telling me he was a delivery guy for J's, I did not know I was going to be recieving flowers so I ignored him and went back to sleep, later on that day as I was leaving there were flowers and chocolate by my door! So unprofessional, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. The little box of chocolate looked old, so I threw it out. Looks as if its from the dollar store. Disgusting, what a waste of money.

J's Special Occasions, If I could give you anything less than a ONE, I would! You were "partnered" through "From You Flowers" to make and deliver a flower arrangement called Delightfully Pink (which, by the way, you should name "Horrifically Horrible" to my Mother. I can't believe you or your driver (if you weren't the same person since you never answer the phone) even had the kahunas to deliver something that ugly to my beautiful Mother. When my sister sent me the picture, (because my Mom did not want to hurt my feelings), I wanted to cry because I could just imagine how embarrased and awful she must have felt to have received what you had told her the day before were going to be "fresh" flowers and here you come walking in with a vase half full of almost DEAD flowers! The water looked like it had been sitting in there for a WEEK but if it had come with the colored vase I paid for then I might never have seen that!!! There were NO roses in there as your picture showed on the web page...y'all were pathetic!!! Why don't you take one of these pathetic, measley, awful arrangements to YOUR MOTHER FOR MOTHER'S DAY! I hope From You Flowers will never, ever use y'all again by the time I get through with them! They had to make arrangements for ANOTHER florist to re-deliver this flower arrangement today so that maybe it can make up for you messing up a Mother's Day surprise from a Mother's four children!

Horrible customer service

Ordered flowers for my DIL, paid extra for delivery, she received a call telling her to come to the gate at the air base to pick her flowers up, my son had to leave work ti go get them! They were not at all professional, had no identification pn them or their vehicle as to whom they were or where they were from! The flowers delivered were no where close to what I ordered! I called and talked to a man I think, he saud he was the owner, he was the most horrible owner I have EVER DEALT WITH, AFTER TALKING TO HIM, I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND WHERE THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COMES FROM!!!!!!!!!Then to top it off, he tries to tell me he never was paid for the flowers, to which I replied......so you mean to tell me you delivered these flowers for free, he hung up on me! WIW THATS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

customer order flowers though 1800-flowers. And paid with a DIL CARD customer called saying when ever you order flowers they should be delieved at address,but flowers where deliever on base. When flowers are deliever on base you are not allowed to enter base and must pick up at vistor centers. Customer that order the flowers she knows the process,she wanted to be refunded but never paid my shop but paid 1800-flowers. How can I refund when never was paid customer is upset and saying flowers are horrible but thats not the reason. She wanted them to be deliever on base at there font door thats now military of her when she also works on AFB.
