Very friendly and most importantly, very good

I'm a home owner and it was great to get such amazing, quick and just overall good service even though I am not a large apartment complex. The guys were very professional and more than met my expectations. I definitely recommend A plus

I had several stains and smells ( 3 dogs) in my carpet that other carpet cleaners could never get out. And I have 2 little boys and a husband that love to play outside in the mud and grease.

A Plus came in, and did a through walk through of all my 4 rooms. Then they sprayed some stuff (kid and pet friendly) and took this machine and sucked up all the stains. The great thing was they never had to empty the dirty water in my house or yard, it all went into this container in their van. After they finished, they did another walk through with me to show me all the stains had been removed.

When I called and left a message yesterday Bernie called me right back. He gave me a price, gave me all the details and said he could come the next day. I appreciated him explaining it all so well. They got there this morning and were just so friendly and honest about what they were going to do, honestly I felt like they were friends by the time they left. I will not ever use anyone else and I will make sure that I get my carpet cleaned more, this is much better than trying to rent a cleaner and so worth the price!

Their service is excellent. The only problem I had was that they were a little late. They took care of it and compensated for it. They are online, but they don't have prices online. I called and talked to Barney who was really, really nice. I told him our situation that we were getting ready to move and rent out the house. He gave me a quote and then came on the day that I asked. They also do same day service if needed. The carpets turned out great. I spilled milk the other day and I called him and he told me how to clean it up by using vinegar and water.

The guys at Aplus really know there stuff are carpet is about 15 years old and has only been pro cleaned 3 or 4 time and I could not bleave the job they did the carpet looks great I would not hastate to refur my friends and family to them

Wow is all I can say about these guys. We had a party last sat and one of are friends droped a bottle of red wine and it went all over my white couch and carpet these guys were the only one's that would even try to get it out everyone eles we called just told us we would have to replace the couch and carpet. But what really impressed me was the owner was the one that did the work.We will for sure be useing these guy from now on

"I Was in the process of selling my condo and looking for a carpet cleaning company, considering the carpet is only a year old and only had a few stains. I called around to several Shreveport/Bossier area carpet cleaners. I was instantly impressed by the warm and friendly customer service when I called.



However, there estimate was just shy of $40.00 from the cheapest estimate I received. I de sided to go with the cheapest quote. It was a disaster!! Not only did the other company arrive 2 and 1/2 hours late, they then proceeded to tell me that the price quote I received over the phone would not clean my carpet and they had stuff that would but it would cost more! I then called A+ Carpet Cleaning and tearfully explained my situation they came out that same day! My carpet has never looked any better!"

"A+ Carpet Cleaning is by far the best carpet cleaners I have ever used! I have tried them all Stanley Steamer, Chem Dry etc. but A+ Carpet Cleaning was the only one to make my carpet look brand new!
