This month marks a year that I have been at this location and i have not had any issue with bugs, hot water, or heat with in the year..i had maybe 3 small maintenance issue that got taken care same day with in an 1hour that i called...



All staff members are super friendly, Faye is also very helpful I would say with in 2mos she got me a parking spot with in my building the spot before it was not that bad it was just up the street ...



overall, I've had a positive experience with this locations. Building was always well kept and cleaned, always had hot water no issues with bugs staff was always helpful when needed area is perfect... as far as noise all tenants are very respectful and if there was loud noise tenants will kindly bring it down (happen ones or twice in the summer ) I never had an issues with it as it was respectful hours...



If your looking for a start up apt before you get a house this is the place to be or if you're looking to get out of NYC perfect place!!!!

If I could I would give this place "0" stars. DO NOT MOVE IN OR RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I have had nothing but issues since I moved in, management is extremely rude and uncaring, nothing gets fixed such as the washer that has been broken for 5 months, no one returns my phone calls and I cannot wait to move out. Unfortunately they are close to Seton Hall so they probably will never hurt for business or potential renters but maybe if they were they would have re-evaluate how they treat people and the services they provide.

If possible, I'd give this management a half a star. I lived in one of their buildings for only a year, and could NOT WAIT to get out. The apartment was very spacious, and pretty nice, but everything is very out dated. There was a pretty serious centipede issue in my apartment (I would see at like 5 a day, not just small ones), and when I informed their main office (Faye, who I will get to later), I was told the exterminator only comes once a month, and that he was actually coming the next week, and that they would send him over ( I gave them permission to enter my apt if no one was home). The next week they forgot to come, and as I said earlier, he only comes once a month! So I had to wait a whole month. When the next time came around, I made sure to call the week of, and remind them (to which Faye had completely forgot so good thing I did) and my roommate happened to be home the day they were supposed to come. I called the following day, because he said they never came, to which she said he did come. It became quite an argument, because obviously that was a lie, and this had already been put off for two months.They're way of running things is ridiculous. Trying to get anything out of their office was impossible. Faye is ridiculously rude. There were many times that I had to raise my voice because she was talking over me when I was making a complaint and remind her that there is no need to yell. She was pretty horrible to deal with for that horrible year. The other 2 women in that office are pretty rude as well. It's ridiculously over priced for what you get. And I would NEVER recommend anyone to live in any of their buildings.
