Vitello's Express

The food is ok, management is inexperienced, arrogant and needs to be trained in customer care.



I had ordered the Vitello Burger to go on several occasions, always liked it. Yesterday I ordered it again when I came home I realized there was Prosciutto on the burger, when I called the to speak to the manager he insisted that this burger always came with Prosciutto. Pretty much insinuating that I must just not remember that I previously I asked for them to remove the Prosciutto, which is not true. I double checked the on- line menu, the burger DOES NOT not have Prosciutto on it.



The manager also told me he wasn't going to give me my money back when I hadn't even asked for it, what I did ask for was for a restaurant credit.



I did not appreciate being talked down to.
