They did a great job, diagnosed and fixed the problem quicky and efficiently. Mike was knowledgable and professional and explained everything thoroughly. If you need furnace, heat pump or A/C work, call them; you won't be disappointed.

OK, Facebook Friends......so my AC goes out this morning at 5:30 AM, BUMMER. I call my usual service and repair people and they say "we can be there about 10 AM or so", have used them for years. Sure enough, he is right on time. But, downhill from there. He really doesn't check anything, but bad mouths my AC unit and my furnace. Sits down and tells me I need a WHOLE new unit...$5900 and some change! Wrong!!! I get another name from my pal Eddie. Guy shows up, right on time! Diagnosed the problem. $300 later it is fixed perfectly!! So, the AC man is now Mike Clark, Climate Craft Mechanical, 502-921-0490..I am tellin ya..HE IS THE MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The service people these days don't "service" they try to sell you the whole nine yards. NOT my MAN Mike. What a professional, great customer relations
