Amen Auto Salvage

Amazing customer service and they found the exact parts that I needed to fix my beloved Mustang. The parts were shipped to their lot at no charge to me and my husband stopped and picked them up. I saved A LOT of money and I highly recommend them. As a matter of fact...I am on hold with them right now trying to find parts for my daughter's car!

Very friendly and helpful customer service and the prices are good. You can pick the parts yourself so you get what you want in the condition you want.. As a woman you run the risk of these types of businesses taking advantage of you. You don't have to worry about that here. If anything, at Amen, they are even more helpful and have not once talked down to me or tried to over charge.

I love this place im always there for parts for my jeep travis greg are always helpfull speaking of it im headed there now !!!! Love it

and you probly did because it was a trainny and also what do you have against grade A auto salvage

This place and its sister junkyard "GradeA Auto Parts"have no respect for people and horrible customer service.I went there to get a transmission, they would not even start taking it out of the wrecked vehicle till I paid. So I wrote a check for $530.00 foolishly thinking that I would be called in to pick it up the next day(because that is what they told me). The next day I went in to get the part and I was 5th on the list when previously I was 3rd! Needless to say I was highly put out, but deperate to get the part so I waited for them to call. THEY NEVER CALLED! I called them the next day and they said that the tranny was bad and if I would come in the following morning they would re-imburse me my $530 check which by the way had cleared my bank the day after I wrote it.I went in to get my money and was told that I would now have to wait 10 business days to receive my refund. AFTER TELLING ME TO COME AND GET IT! Oh my was I upset! ya know I work for a living ...$530 doesnt come easy for me.Fuel is expensive and I live 40 miles from this place! Do me a favor, please for the love of all that is good in the world do not give these people your business...you will regret it if you do.
