this is the second time i have used them...they are the best...'they get er done' without fail...i highly recommend to anyone who wants it done correctly

I have used them on 3 seperate occasions and had them do a very large project. (we switched to City water.) they are fantastic. Came in under the quote and did great work. I recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

On time...on quote...perfect work. I've used Smith for years, and nothing's changed...they're top drawer. Now I can tell the world, not just my friends.

They are 2nd generation plumbers, reasonable prices, good work and quick to get the job done.

I called for an estimate on Monday. I told him that Wed. would be best for me. He could not give me a specific time or time frame. I called Wed. at about 9:30 am and he said he would be over in 15 min. He gave me a quote for fixing a couple of leaks under my kitchen sink and I accepted it. He said he could have someone fix it that afternoon. I asked that I be called at least a half hour before. I got a call ten minutes before. The next evening, I noticed I still had a leak. I called Friday morning and got their answering service and left a message. I called again Friday late afternoon and left another message. No one called me back until Monday afternoon. I requested they return on Wed. morning and that I be called a half hour prior. This time I did not get a call, they just showed up. They did fix the leak but I was very disappointed in their service.
