Metro Motor Coach

Hello to whom it may concern your motor coach drove us to Jackson, Mississippi and your coach was not ready for such a trip. When we started out before we left Detroit one of the drivers had to get out of the bus to bang on the heating system with a hammer to keep it going. That was before we left Detroit the bus should have been traded for another bus or repaired before we were picked up. The climate control was not working all the way there and back and it was either way to cold or way to hot on that bus. It's such a shame that we can spend the money you requested but receive a service that was very unhealthy for all of us on the bus. The drivers tryed their best to accommodate us with the cards that was dealed from the coach line. The only reason I rated you a two star was because of the drivers cause the service stank.
