was very hesitant to bring my car in here but they really impressed me and on top of that got me a really good price on getting it fixed

i am so glad i brought my vehicle here! the dealership was about to charge me and arm and a leg and were going to take 2 weeks to fix it! these guys got everything done the same day and was half the price!

great guys honest and fair i was skeptical when i came up but they really took care of me i felt like my car was in goo hands thanks again auto pro!!!

In my opinion you should stay as far away from this "Auto Pro" Shop as possible. I’m referring to the Auto Pro Shop on 4775 25 Mile Road, Shelby Township, MI. These people overcharged me. They more than tripled the price of what my shop would have charged me. I was away from home unfortunately. Not only did they over charge me ($750.00 compared to $214.00), when my car was inspected I was told there is no indication that the starter cables had been rewired, they were only sprayed, rewiring didn't even make sense. On top of that, when I called first thing in the morning when they opened, they indicated they would be able to fix my problem that day. They did not call back when they said they would. I had to continually call them. My car was not fixed that day, causing me great personal grief. Auto Pro in Shelby Township, MI, in my opinion, are very unprofessional crooks.

They quoted me on phone which would be about $300 with 35% off coupon. After all was said and done they charged me over double. They tried to convince me that they are quality mechanics and that the work is done right. There prices are jacked up even higher then dealer prices and even with coupon you can get repair cheaper some other place. They are coupon scammers. They also refuse to give written quotes or email quotes. Stay away.
