        Spoke with Attorney Stapleton via radio regarding a failure of another attorney in providing a clear title at closing. Mr. Stapleton supplied me with the help I needed. I am trying to work on his advice and want to thank him.
        Another case has been revealed similar to mine and it involves the same attorney. Yikes.
