Incredible Petables

I called yesterday 10/28/14 I asked if they had an appointment so I can groom my cat.( I needed to shave the cat ) They were very nice telling me that there was a cancelation and I can come in. I went and left the cat. I was told it will take 2 hrs. They call me back and asked me to come in and hold the cat down because he was being very resistant. I went right away. They asked me to go into their back room where there were two dogs in cages with fans blowing on them. ( The dogs had been washed and needed to be dried.)
When I entered the room my eyes could not believe what I was seeing. The place was so dirty!!!!! I was holding a backpack and the lady told me to put it down. I could not place it anywhere. It was so dirty. I put the backpack where they had a microwave. On a table. It was so dirty there also that I had to hold my breath. I got my cat out of its cage ( which was 1/2 way shaved) and I held him on this table. I looked around and there was mold under this bathtub they had.. part of bathtub was exposed ( broken) there was hair dirt and water under there and mold had developed. I realized the fans are bowing and all this air is going in my lungs and in the lungs of the animals. She shaved my cat and at the same time was blowing the hair with her mouth off the table. When she finished I was full of hair. I asked for a roller and she turns on the vacuum to vacuum the hair off me. This was right by all this mold and dirt.. all of that dirt was blowing on me. I told them when I left "if any government agency comes in here they will close you down" I expressed that I have NEVER seen condition like that. I hope by me telling them they will clean up. BUT YOUR PET IS NOT safe there.
