JumpStart

Had flat tire in driveway. called liberty mutual and was immediately called back by a representative Jump start Jacob. He identified himself as Jacob and said he was on the way and expected to be there in about 20-25 minutes.
Jacob arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and personable, but very knowledgeable and professional in his work. He had my problem solved in a very short time and was on his way.a very short time. Jacobs visit and work was a very positive experience, and I believe he is a definite asset to your company.

My Insurance company sent this company out to my home to pick up my car and deliver it to a shop. The company came out picked up my car and delivered my car to the wrong address. They left my car with the keys in it at the wrong place. The next day that I learned of this I called the company and one of the workers got smart with me, so I asked him to have the owner call me and a lady called me back. She cursed at me and never to ownership of their mistake, she stated that she was the owner, (which I later find out that she was not). After hanging the phone up in her face she continued to call me back being rude. Her husband (the true owner) finally called me back and apologized for the way his wife acted, and apologized about the delivery of my car. However, the damage was done with her and his employee acting the way that they did.

My battery died and USAA sent JumpStart out to help me. I received a call from an employee to let me know someone was on the way, and not even ten minutes later they were at my location. The employees were very polite and helpful, and made this stressful situation stress-free!
